We loved our stay here in Lisbon! We were close to everything and could walk everywhere. Public transportation was an option too. The place was cool, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and a great way to start the day!

Hola. El hotel está en el centro y tiene un precio alto en comparación con otros hoteles. Pague eso porque estaría bien céntrica sin embargo los hoteles de ese nivel en calles concurridas tienen ventanas anti ruidos y este NO lo tenía. No dormi nada en las noches, los ruidos se escuchaban exactamente iguales en la habitación todo absolutamente todo. Las ventanas son simples no son para una propiedad que venda “descanso”. La pasé muy mal. Me quejé y solo me dieron vueltas diciendo que no habían más habitaciones sin embargo yo si vi que habían vacías y de hecho escucha llegar huéspedes ese día en check in en la noche. Ellos saben del problema de esas habitaciones y al parecer seleccionan a qué huésped le regalan la molestia. Estoy inconforme u me siento estafada pagar un alojamiento tan caro para terminar con taquicardia y ansiedad por 3 días sin dormir. Necesito expedía revise mi historial de alojamiento y me responda por esto. Este viaje debió de ser de turismo pero también para descansar al llegar al hotel. Termine mis días terrible por falta de sueño y aún con taquicardia.

The people were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Recently remodeled, this is a great hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to interesting locations. Small breakfast room so guests schedule with the desk at check in.

Very clean, great location, staff was accommodating allowing me to have breakfast early because I had an early flight departure.

Clean and spacious room in tourist area of Lisbon. The only potential issue would be noise from the street. If this is imporrtant to you then consider elsewhere. It’s the only drawback. Breakfast was perfect touch.

Immaculate. The breakfast was delicious (made scrambled eggs to order— all included). Can’t recommend this enough. It is literally next to the Lisbon elevator (a was not in order while we were there so not loud of anything). Perfect location! Beautiful room.

Literally steps within the famous Justa elevator, close to Rossio square and all the dining and shopping options. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Special mention for Joao from front desk, he helped us with keeping our luggages safe, looking for a ride to Santa Apolonia when streets were closed, and just excellent service.

Best experience at this hotel...super clean, excellent service with a very kind and helpful staff, best location, delicious breakfast included, very nice and modern place..... thank you for an unforgettable stay

I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room. Highly recommend this place and would book with them again
