Wonderful central location visiting Salzburg. The staff are thr best - super friendly and helpful. Very Zen vibe! The Free still and sparkling water is the best perk!!! Breakfast buffet is good. Highly recommended. We will stay there again.

Hotel Cocoon is located very close to the train station. It was clean and very environmentally conscious, which we liked. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is ok. I didn’t try the breakfast service. They do not have a real restaurant. I couldn’t regulate the room temperature. It was often too cool for me.
