This hotel is a bit far from old town to walk all the time if you plan to do a lot of things there, but catching the bus was great. The 22 picks up closest. The a/c was on the weak side, but for the price I'm glad I got any a/c.

The hotel was great and most of the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the young woman who checked me in and offered no useful information. The room itself was lovely, quiet, and clean. I regretted pre-paying for the breakfast as the food is not great and lacks an espresso maker, a staple in nearly every other hotel in Europe. I skipped it on my subsequent mornings in search of better food nearby.

Reception did not tell us how to access the building, and the door was locked before the posted hours of 10pm. A stranger even tried to help us with the key and there was no luck, she managed to call one of the German phone numbers to get the building unlocked. The property itself was fine, it was conveniently located but the staff were very negligent on this part.
