Extremely hot room, no air conditioning and window wouldnt open.Fans were provided but it just circulated warm air. When I asked if there was another room, they offered a room exactly the same, ie no air conditioning, window not opening, when I declined they asked if we wanted to check out. Poor customer service and avoid in this hot weather absolutely stifling.

Have stayed here before. Great to have accessible parking near the hotel on arrival. Staff really attentive and helpful at all times. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Handy bus stop into the centre of town so taxis not needed. Always an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for a couple of nights staff were all really helpful and very pleasant. The place was clean and tidy all the time I did sadly find the bed very hard and floor squeaky to every step you made. I would still recommend as is brilliant location if you don’t want to be rushed get in the centre and bus stop is just steps away from the hotel.

Good clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and a very good time slot 7:30am-10-30am so plenty of flexibility. Good to have parking at the hotel you can just leave your car at the car park and walk to central Bath or nearby attractions The Circus and Royal Crescent only 10 minutes walk away. Bit of a steep climb coming back up but good exercise. Would definitely stay again.
