Great B&B good location 10 min walk from town centre. Parking on site, breakfast was great and room very clean and comfortable.

What a great place to stay. A quick walk to town and only took 10-15 minutes. A lovely room and great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

lovely place with individually styled rooms ...fabulous bathroom with lots of hot water. breakfast was exceptional with home made pastries and the best compote I have ever tasted. The staff were really friendly and gave us fantastic travel tips. highly recommend this lovely place

Well maintained, beautiful property - very clean. Tasteful, calming decor. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good - quick and cooked to order. Worth noting: my room faced the main road and even with the windows closed I was aware of the traffic.

Fantàstic
Beautiful property, self checkin but no problems. Was hot and had a good fan but no air conditioning which is understandable in a historic Georgian building. At least we did not have steps. A fridge in the room would be good but there is a small communal fridge in the common area. Breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. Would definely recommend it. We left our car there and walked around the city.

Lovely b&b just minutes away from the heart of Bath. The staff were lovely and our room was spacious and super comfortable. We even had air conditioning! Breakfast in the morning had a wide selection and was good. I would highly recommend!
