We stayed here after staying at two other Tokyu Stay properties during our Japan trip, and unfortunately this was our least favorite. The rooms felt older than expected, weren’t very clean, and there were unpleasant odors throughout our stay. Our room was also right next to the train line, so we heard trams throughout the night and ended up taking sleeping pills both nights just to get some rest. The hotel is within walking distance of Hakata Station, but it’s farther than we expected. The staff were kind enough to lend me a curling iron, which I appreciated. However, when we asked for extra pillows because the ones in the room were extremely thin, we were told there weren’t any available. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price and location, there are much nicer hotels in the area that offer a better experience. I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great too, and it was easy to get around Fukuoka. One thing we really appreciated was having a washer and dryer in the room it honestly came in clutch after a few days of traveling and made our trip so much easier. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the whole stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Fukuoka!

The room and hotel in general are very well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating and while the breakfast options were semi-limited, all of the options were tasty and of good quality.

Clean room with washer/dryer. Breakfast was good. Rooms are bigger than the ones we stayed in Toyko. Staff generally friendly but not all staff greeted you and service request was subpar. They charge for lost key but will retract if you find it later.

This hotel was so beautiful inside. You get a complimentary drink. They have a washer/dryer in your room. The amenities were just what we needed. I plan on staying again.

Hotel booked me for the wrong night, the staff was super rude and refused to even let me purchase another room. Then they refused any sort of reimbursement. Not to mention their entire lobby smells like cigarettes.
