rooms were small but well equipped - wonderful shower; staff were attentive and helpful; included breakfast buffet was ample and tasty; location was fantastic near central Hakata station. Highly recommend!

The only little negative thought is about congested breakfast area. I had one morning where end up waiting 30 min in a queue. Otherwise, location is perfect next to Hakata station if you choose Fukuoka as your base city and do day trips to the other Kyushu areas. Enjoyed my stay.

The WiFi provided from the room is not stable and always drop off. Their onsen facilities are wonderful. Lastly the room carpet needs to be replaced.
