Fantàstic
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Beds are comfortable and linens are very clean. Entire area is neat and clean even the laundry room (free washer and dryer). The reception area and the lower level is just perfect for business meetings or just a friendly conversation with a new associate. The staff are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. It’s close to most sites in the city and the central train station. I will book this place again next time we visit Oslo.

Great hotel! The location is great with many shops, restaurants, and tourist locations nearby. It is super simple to get there via metro from the airport (around $13 usd). The amenities and common spaces make the hotel a plus! The have free laundry and common spaces to gather play games or just relax.

Good location, clean and overall very good experience. Easy walk from train station and to palace (central area). A bit of confusion on kiosk check-in but staff was there to quickly help.

It was not quite up to par compared to the normal Scandia hotels. The self check in didn’t work. The hotel safe malfunctioned and had to be reprogrammed. The TV did not work and the staff tried to fix it and call in a technician but ultimately I had no Television for 3 days. My room was extremely small and the view looked out over construction. No tea or coffee in the room. The normal and incredible Norwegian breakfast normally included at Norwegian hotels was not available. So it was not what I would call a favorable experience.
