Really loved breakfast - although it was a bit busy from 8 -8.30 with people drifting around looking for seats. When I finally found a seat, I returned from getting a teaspoon to see staff had cleared away my breakfast!! 10/10 for efficiency not so good for food wastage lol!

First time visiting SH, China. We stayed 8 nights at this hotel. Very welcoming hotel staff, great housekeeping! Highly recommend this hotel and the location is absolutely great near the Jing'An temple and shops!! 10/10

My stay at Swissôtel Grand Shanghai was average overall. The hotel feels quite old and could benefit from renovation. The auto touch lighting system in the room was not very user-friendly. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles should also be replaced with better pump bottles, as the current pumps were very hard to press and the liquid was difficult to come out. The air-conditioning also did not seem to be well maintained, as there was noticeable noise when it was set to auto mode. The main plus point of the hotel is its convenient location, surrounded by many shopping centres and amenities.
