Good property but kitchenette had no fridge unlike the last time I was there which was my expectation hence my booking this property again. Staff pleasant and good breakfast but for long term stay with no fridge not greatest option.

I have stayed in other Hyatt properties before but this was just sub-par experience. The trash wasn’t taken out during the whole stay in the hotel. There was a kitchen but no utensils (you need to call them for utensils to use). It was just an underwhelming stay unfortunately. No combs, no toothbrushes (they handed me 2 toothbrushes at the check-in). I can understand the Eco-friendly aspect as many hotels are doing it but it was just unexpected and they should have send a prior notice to carry utilities like some of the other hotels do.
