The staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special recognition goes to the club lounge Team, particularly Marjory and Nina, for their outstanding attentiveness and superior service. Also the breakfast at the Jasmine is outstanding, so is the above and beyond service.

We loved everything about the Fairmont Peace Hotel - the location, our room, the executive lounge, and most of all the wonderful staff. It is an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect.

The package with Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner package very basic for a five star hotel. Not much selection and watched like a hawk.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in the world. The service is out of this world. The room is extremely comfortable. I have travelled and toured the world in the last 30 years often in 4-5 stars hotels. I must say that the Fairmont Peace will remain very special in my memory. It is worth the splurge. Also it has the best location if you want to walk around the Bund.

Great location and service

Beautiful heritage building in a great location at the end of Nanjing Road on the Bund. Great staff who make all the difference.

Great location right on the Bund, stylish facility. Room is spacious, big bathroom and even has a walk in closet. Delicious breakfast. The afternoon high tea is ok. The chinese restaurant is dispointing, the food taste so so and the dishes are not traditional shanghai style.
