Room was clean and they provided each person with loungewear and slippers. Comfy beds and nice selection of complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are helpful and kind. We needed to get 4 suitcases into the taxi and it was pouring rain. One of the staff members held an umbrella over our heads as she helped load our luggage. Onsen on the 17th floor is relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay at MGH Mitsui Hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend MGH Mitsui Hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient; train and bus stations are steps away, and plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the hot spring facilities. Would recommend!
