We stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was very spacious and finished to a very high standard. We were on the 5th floor and the room was quiet, albeit there was a very feint rumble when a tram passed, but the sound proofing was excellent. A disappointment was the fact the kitchenette area was locked off on our arrival, which meant no access to cooking facilities. On contacting the hotel, I was directed to the ‘additional information’ section on the website that informed me I had to pay 20 euros per day to use this facilities. They portray the suite online with a kitchenette, and list the facilities, but you would have to hunt for the 20 euro charge info on the website. This was disappointing. That aside, the apartments are 5 mins from the main train station and a 20 minute walk into the old town. There are numerous shops and places to eat nearby, and a fantastic Brewery only a 8 minute walk away. I’d happily stay hear again.

Pros: great location close to train station and old town. Newer hotel so modern rooms. cons: transit trains run right outside the hotel so you won’t sleep between 2 and 530 due to the very loud noise. Wifi does not work unless you are in the hallway which makes no sense.

This hotel was interesting in the fact that they use a self check in system. I was a little worried about no front desk, but it was super easy and convenient ! It is a 5 min easy walk to the train station. It was a such a great basic place to stay we returned to the same hotel later in our trip to take a morning train to Italy. Great location to see city.

Good hotel. There is no staff, it is completely automated from check in to check out. Ask for courtyard view room to avoid street traffic noise. Rooms are good. Across the street there is another King’s hotel where there is staff. If needed their staff can help.

We thought qe had booked rhe use od the kitchenette, only to find that it was an extra €20.00 per day. Once that got sorted out it was fine. Our room had a poor desigh with a long hallway and thus wasted space. The hotel is very close to the main train station. Not the moat pleasant area, but we felt safe. Very close to the underground, tram and bus lines

Room and area was clean. Needed to get used to no front desk staff in the same area of the hotel; self-service was different.

The property is automated and unstaffed, but if you need anything, there is another Kings property across the street with a staffed front desk, bar and restaurant.

Rather than call this a hotel, we should call it just a collection of rooms. There is a real King's Hotel across the street and down a little while the AdvaStay is a poor sister. There is no front desk. You have to figure out how to register yourself on their computers in an area after the front doors but before the doors to the lobby will open for you. If you paid for breakfast, you will be eating at the real hotel across the street. If it is raining, you need to negotiate the traffic and the weather just to have breakfast. The room had no/zero place to put a suitcase. Not even the ever-present folding thing that is usually waiting in the closet. My suitcase wound up on the floor and we cleared a table used for a coffee maker for my wife's suitcase. Welcome to your room. The room had a balcony overlooking a school. You couldn't go out there because it has been a while since anybody has cleaned the birds**t that covered the place. Finally, the AdvaStay rooms are very close to the train station but far from center city squares. We could have picked a better location. And you can find a real hotel to rest your bones after a day of touring.

The proximity to the train station was great. The people that hung around on the street were sketchy.

The hotel was great, but as always with these kind of enterprises, lacks human touch. Also, the kitchen cabinet was closed and not usable. If you don't use the room service they give you a coupon which can't be used for breakfast, only for drinks...I find it weird.
