This location is highly convenient and easily accessible, making it an excellent choice for any outing. Surrounded by numerous restaurants, visitors can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines to satisfy every preference. Whether you want a quick snack or a relaxed sit-down meal, the area offers plenty of options. Additionally, the hop-on hop-off stop is located less than 10 minutes away, adding to the overall ease of exploring the surroundings 👍

Good and not so good. The good is we got a 2 bedroom suite at a good price. The location is right in the middle of an array of restaurants from a variety of countries. It is easy to walk or take a light rail. The not so good is the room is warm if it's warm outside and if you open the window, as we did, there was a lot of street noise. I think we all slept better the second night than the first. I would stay there again, but I would look around first.

Very clean, helpful staff. Great location. Air conditioning and coffee facilities would have been nice.

Hotel clean, area had a lot of homeless people who were constantly drunk. Location not near centre but handy with tram stop right outside the hotel though. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room or alternatively a vending machine in reception selling hot drinks 😕

The place was really nice. It was unfortunate that the time I stayed was unseasonably warm in Munich so the lack of air conditioning was disappointing.

Hotel was nice and clean and centrally located. They have a wonderful breakfast that is included in your stay. The only negative was there was no AC so room was a little warm.

The Staff was very helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The room on the street side had to deal with noises of tram. There was bar downstairs, crazy people talk loudly almost whole night.

Convenient and quick walk from the main trainstation. 24hr desk and they do monitor messages from Expedia diligently. The one down side is that one side of the hotel faces a street with a street car that runs on it and it does rumble. It didn’t bother me because I sleep well in general, but this may bother some as it is noticeable. Out in requests and know what you are getting is my only advice and why I dropped a star on my review. An otherwise excellent accommodation.

The hotel was excellent in every respect except for check-in. We understood that the check-in time was 2 pm. Still, we asked about the possibility of early check-in (and were told it was not possible). We had arrived in mid-morning from the airport after a long overnight flight from Charlotte, NC. It was an unseasonably cold and rainy day. After checking in our luggage, we ended up spending time in the lounge and also wandering the streets between rain showers. We were camped out in the lounge again at 2 pm, waiting for the signal from the clerk who knew we'd been there since mid-morning but, without a glance in our direction, she checked in a new guest who'd just walked in off the street. This admittedly small discourteous experience left a sour taste in our mouths for the duration of our stay which, objectively speaking, was fine otherwise. All other staff in the hotel were professional with us and thank you to them.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We booked two rooms connected which was perfect for traveling with our adult daughter. The tram is ever present however I was able to sleep through its rumbling. Location is great for train travel and proximity to the Old Town.
