The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Our room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of steps and no elevator, but we knew that in advance.

The room was clean and located close to the center square and the shopping district. There was a cute sitting room with goodies all day. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Staff was attentive and helpful!

Lovely, well maintained hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were so welcoming & helpful. All areas were clean & well appointed. I would definitely recommend you stay here when visiting Bologna

We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow running outside to us to give us taxi booking slips after UBER failed us. We can’t say enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well!

Lovely staff and wonderful restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to eat supper there as it is popular. The bed was comfortable and we liked the pillow menu. The location is terrific and walkable to many resto and shopping. Only two downsides were that we were given a room that looked out onto a wall and The air conditioning randomly came on several times a day despite the fact that I had turned it off.

Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna.
