Room 121 on first floor- impossible to sleep because of permanent loud noise. We found a huge air conditioner system was located right from external side of the wall of our room. We didn't realize during day time that there is a noise, but during the night it was extremelly loud and I haven't sleep the whole night because of that. Dirty floor inside the room - socks turned dirty just after few steps. I have never seen such dirty floor in hotel room in my life. We were travelling with a 8 years old kid, I would never return to this hotel again. This should be a 2 star hotel maximum.

Fantàstic
The staff was very accommodating. The bathrooms were nice. I liked staying on the 2nd floor. Restaurant was good, too. The location is across from the Olympic Park, which is nearby the Botanical Garden, the bio dome and other amenities. The park across the street also had bike rentals which were fun.
