Hotel and staff were great and very welcoming...we were even able to check in a bit earlier as well! Room was very nice and clean...view from the balcony was great! Breakfast wasn't anything too special to rave about, except that the selection was there. We would definitely stay again though, that's for sure!

Good location close to downtown about 25 min walk to downtown and parliament hill Room was lean but hallway carpets were dirty and needed deep cleaning. Gym was clean located in the basment a small room with no windows Free parking was a plus

Établissement propre et bien entretenu par contre la qualité du service reste à améliorer , accueil correct sans plus, personnel pas très souriant, très déçu de cet hôtel par rapport au personnel en général

Très bon accueil à l’hôtel. La réceptionniste Fatima a été très agréable, souriante et vraiment gentille. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Merci, Fatima, pour votre excellent accueil !
