The kiosk was unable to help me store my luggage. Needed to talk to a human to get help. Noisy with windows left open. Great location to meet the early morning train

Self check in wouldn’t work even though it was after the check in time, the staff had to come and set up in her phone to let us check in. There were several other people who had the same issue so she was helping them all. The place was in great location. You need a key to go up in the elevator. Beds were comfortable. Hotel had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. If you need, bring your own or buy one.

The BREEZE Victoria is a very simple, clean, utilitarian place to stay. The location is perfect and ease of check in was great! Rooms were completely satisfactory and worked well for our family of three. It’s the perfect place if all you are looking for is a place to lay down and sleep while spending your days outside exploring Bergen!

Super convenient locations. 8 min walk from trim station and closed to all the sights and public transport. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was spacious. The check in and check out were a breeze.

Solo me molesto un ruido tipo chillido que duró varias horas dentro de la habitación creemos venía de calefacción se detuvo cuando finalmente la desconectamos

Didn't know there was a laundry, otherwise we would have used it. The drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow draining and the plate in the shower drain was not sitting stable. There was no fan in the room, nor did the windows open more than 3 in each and there was no view except for other people's rooms on the other side. The bed, however, was the best part and it was very comfortable. Check in with simple and it seems streamlined with no people there, but it would have been nice to have more information then with no one to answer questions.

The location of the hotel to restaurants and the funicular was great, but there is a bar on the ground floor and on Saturday night there was a group of people sitting outside drinking and laughing until 2AM, which we could hear even through the double pane windows.
