Nice spot, close to the beach which was great. The walls are like paper, you can everything including the lounge which was BUMPIN until late into the night. Also the bathroom door in our room was kind of broken, and the staff were not available until 12pm, which wasn’t super helpful. Otherwise property was totally fine, everything worked great.

Downtown Taitung hotel with Seaview Terrace on 7F. My room 302 was quiet facing the side, there’s an elevator for easy access. Good value for the money.

地理位置非常優越！海濱公園、湧泉公園、四維夜市、觀光夜市等景點非常的近！早餐寶桑路、晚餐消夜正氣路、中正路等等的用餐點很多，可以散步過去就到達的～不在交通要道，所以夜晚是寧靜的，但卻又離各要道很近！往南往北都能很快地到台9、台11。房子雖然舊了點，卻不過度裝修，留下偏高的天花板、舒適的床、各房專屬的冷暖空調。讓睡眠能有一定的品質！房間內的設備不多，但頂樓的交誼廳設有公用冰箱、冰溫熱飲水機、簡易的食物加熱設備；一樓停車區有滾筒洗衣機與烘乾機，讓房間專注在睡眠，與醒著的生活區有著明顯的區隔！整體而言，是非常適合結伴或小團體旅遊的居所。

先說優點，離海濱公園很近，而且算是便宜，平均一晚$1000出頭。櫃檯服務算是非常客氣。但是很可怕的是百葉窗完全不遮光，大概清晨五點多就被陽光亮醒，然後房裡面沒有桌子，沒法工作。另外，由於我是連續入住，第一晚的冷氣就漏水嚴重，以致於必須另外換房，然後修好又要再搬回來，徒增行李搬運及重新整理的時間。再來也沒有單車，雖然以這麼便宜的價格，也不能奢求太多⋯
