Owners were lovely and very accommodating, older guy seemed very cheerful and welcoming, quite a few local bars, good place for local markets and food, Binh mi around the corner, cheap beer locally too

Very good value for the money. The owners are really friendly and accommodating. They lock the outside entrance at night so it feels very safe.
