I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is my third time visiting. The convenience area is well-equipped, and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities, including a luggage scale. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved this hotel, but maybe depends on what you're looking for. It was very straightforward and no fuzz, which was perfect. Very nice staff. I locked my card in my room and a very nice man went with me to open it right away. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless. Air conditioning worked as expected, things were clean. Got to take a rubber duck with me home!

Clean room and functioning AC. Also located beside a 7-Eleven, so it was super convenient.

The room is small I was barely able to fit luggage but for the price and location it was perfect. Also you do have a private bathroom which is a plus when looking for hotel in Japan

Terrible service from the hotel staff. Room wifi didn't work and they made to accommodations to help or care. As a tourist, stable wifi is a must.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well taken care of rooms. Hotel in general was lovely and in a great location near Akihabara. Air conditioning worked well though the windows could not open due to safety reasons but the AC and its different air/cooling/heating settings worked great.

The location was super convenient with the metro station right in front of the apartment and only two stops away from Dotonburi. The in-unit luandry was such a help. Unfortunately, there is no iron. The staff took forever to reply though and never gets back to me regarding renting the iron box. The room is spacious and clean.

The laundry machines weren’t great, a lot of lint would stick to my clothes from them. But very affordable compared to other laundry services in hotels. The only other complaint I have is that the walls in the rooms are nasty, a lot of stains and grime all over them. But other than that the rooms are pretty clean and the staff are wonderful, they are so kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient with it being right next to a 7/11 and a short walk from Akihabara, would stay here again.

This is a basic hotel in a convenient location, and for me it was perfect. It was very clean, very quiet, with good water pressure, wonderful staff, and the most comfortable mattress I've had while traveling. I mean, a GREAT mattress - firm but not hard, no dips, felt like a new mattress. I was not a fan of the pillows but I believe this is a Japan issue for me rather than a hotel-specific issue. If you want fancy, this is probably not the place for you. If you want quiet, comfortable, clean and an easy walk to Ueno and multiple train stations, and you don't need a lot of space (I had one medium suitcase and a daypack) I highly recommend this place. I was here for 6 nights and would stay here again. You control the heat/AC in your room and each room has its own separate WiFi ID and password.

Great location, nice staff, so many free amenities
