離綠島鬧區有段距離，但離朝日溫泉很近，早起看日出很方便！有附早餐CP值高，早餐是蛋餅+小熱狗=一份，另外有自取的吐司及抹醬，飲料冰的是果汁和奶茶，熱的有茶包和咖啡包！花貓很可愛，倒是橘貓很兇，千萬不要隨便伸手摸橘貓，它可是會出拳的~

房子算乾淨，餐食還好，但幾乎沒有店家在櫃台，出入很隨意，沒人招呼。（感覺都是工讀生，少了熱忱。 房間不大，冷氣很吵，走道太小，隔音不好。 只有環境還乾淨~以上。
