Great location easy walking to things. Hard to find location walk down a dirty little alley. Staff were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable beds

This hotel was quite comfortable! There’s an elevator, nice beds, and a good shower in a clean bathroom. It is down a tiny alleyway that is not well marked, but once you know where to go it is easy (and takes you by a shop with great bao buns). A nice find for the price!

Location and comfortability is mediocare, but Peter, the hotel’s overall customer service provider (concierge, reception, facilities maintenance, host etc) is excellent, very nice and respectful.

So confused who could have given this hotel the good reviews. Was definitely my least favourite stay on my 2 month southeast asia trip. Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room). The hotel is at the end of this awful sketchy alley, which smells so bad. You’ll be leaving the hotel at 8 am for a tour and people are chopping raw chicken on the floor and you have to jump over them. If you’d like to come back any time after midnight, you have to wake up this guy who sleeps on the lobby floor, which you feel so bad to do… so weird they cannot give you a key like any other hotel i’ve been to. Also they lock the whole alley, so you have to call him outside the alley and wait for him to come there? Does not feel safe at all, as a solo traveler what would i do if my phone was stolen/dead, or if i was followed home or just needed to get in urgently late at night? Also cause of this weird alley thing, you cannot wait for any of your tours or cabs at the lobby, you have to walk to the street with your stuff and wait in the middle of the road.

Is difficult to find this hotel because the entrance is quite hidden, but overall the price is super affordable. The hotel is clean very well located, you can walk petty much to every tourist attraction. Lots of food options around, to choose from. If you are looking for affordability and convenience this is your place.

Very much loved this hotel for the price, it was clean and everyone was so nice and friendly and were able to watch our bags while we went to cat ba. Very walkable and right by night market. It is down a little alley way so look for the sign on the street. It was quiet even though it was so central. Free coffee in lobby, AC worked very very well

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room with a comfortable bed. Overall, a great value

We enjoyed our stay but had to leave as flights was cancelled and had to change to early flight

Its a small room on an alley but its so clean aimee the staff was so nice . She talks english too. Shes so approachable breakfast is goodtoo.. Will stay at this hotel again
