In the middle of the night, loud motorcycle noises woke me up and couldn’t sleep well. And then there was also buzzing noise from a mosquito after motorcycle passed.

The front desk staff was SO friendly and helpful. We had a stroller which they stored for us daily. They also helped me with printing train tickets. The hotel is located VERY close to tons of restaurants and stores and is walking distance to the Ribeira riverfront. Our room was a great size for our family of 4 and had a gorgeous view. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure too! Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Room was clean enough. Surprised there was no bottled water in the room, but this was available from a vending machine downstairs. Lifts and decor a little dated but excellent value for the location and staff were helpful and friendly.
