Clean room. Staff not very helpful. I used a walking stick and was trying to push 2 luggages at the lobby. The staff saw but did not come to assist me.

Great spacious room and bathroom. Early check in and late check out than most hotels.
Many amenities and laundry machines. Location is also great as it’s near Sannomiya station.
