Everything was great ,staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Sannomiya is just under construction’s so the ways just a bit chaotic, overall the hotel is really with the exception of wifi that is very slow

Clean and tidy small and compact. Had little interaction with staff so can not comment. Breakfast fune and standard for Japan.

The hotel is very close to Sannomiya Station, so it is very convenient to get around. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby as well.

Entire road in front of hotel was being dug up. being a very inconvenient walk from the station . The only way to access hotel was through Lawson store which they don't allow u to walk through. Overall ...close to station but very hard to get access with nearby construction
