S'ha quedat amb la parella

One of the best hotels there is in Hanoi. Hands down to the staff who are very accommodating. Special mention to Sue and Evan who assisted at the front. The room we booked is bigger than what we expected and very clean. We were surprised the moment we got inside. The breakfast buffet was equally good as well. Will stay here again if ever we found ourselves back in Hanoi!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Staff were attentive to detail and genuinely appreciated us staying there. The only issue would be the bath tub/shower set up. There was a glass wall two thirds of the tub length and it was difficult to climb in and out of the tub safely. Also, without a shower curtain to con the water, the tile floor was wet and very slippery.

It was a nice stay but when we checked out the woman at the desk told our sriver to stop and wait. she’s an approached me on the street and said I would like you to wait here. My staff is just gonna check that you didn’t leave anything behind.. I asked her why are you lying? My husband checked out like 45 minutes before.. we had to catch our plane, but it was very distressing what she was doing on the street to us.

The place was very clean and well located to many of the tourist spots within walking distance. The place was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Evan,the receptionist, was nice and helped with questions and made check in/ check out smooth. Would stay here again.

This hotel is ideal for visiting Hanoi, and the staff are wonderful; they even gave us a cake for my daughter's birthday, which we really appreciated. The rooms are perfectly equipped.
