Fantàstic The staff members were extremely helpful and kind. The room and hotel property were clean and very charming. The area is also convenient as it’s walkable to many popular spots in the french quarter. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Bé Nice hotel with pool. Most of the front desk staff is in need of a customer service training.
They need to learn courtesy, good manners and improve interpersonal skills as front desk employees.
Made me feeling I was at the DMV.

Fantàstic Hotel en estructura de casona antigua, bien cuidado, limpio, decorado con antigüedades que van acorde al estilo. A pasos de la calle Bourbon, restaurantes, bares, tiendas locales y demás lugares para ocio.
El personal es atento, pero sobre todo Elaine quien siempre fue muy simpática y estuvo al pendiente de ayudar con cualquier inquietud. No así la Sra de pelo blanco quien es sarcástica y presentá.

Genial It was amazing to stay within the museum that is the French Quarter. To wake up in the morning and step outside directly within the Quarter is remarkable.
I will note that the age of the property means that sounds insulation isn’t really a thing. If someone comes down the road blaring their stereo at 2am (which will happen), you will hear it loudly.
This was my only complaint.
Otherwise, the staff were lovely. The property and rooms were lovely and clean. Loved it.
