The staff was good, not exactly very enthusiastic. Hated that I had to request that they clean my room daily. It should be a given. One day I had to go to the sevice desk twice to ask that they come clean the room. The first time I was told they were coming to clean it. The second time I was told someone came to clen but was told not too. We were out the whole day and upon our return waited for them the entire afternoon. They finally showed up though. The area isn't great. Addiction and home was abit too visible nearby.

Front desk clerk was great and informative. We stayed 7/17/26. Was a little disappointed that no bartender was on staff at the time. The room was great and location is amazing, if you’re interested in French quarter.

The room where we weee staying at should have been. King size room. Too small or the way the beds were arrange was bad. The bathroom door was right at the corner of the bed. The fan inside the bathroom was not working. Overall, the location, the staffs and the room was great!!!
