The room was clean and extremely walkable to all major attractions. The staff are friend and polite. The breakfast also had a nice selection of western and eastern dishes!

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was amazing, close by to shops, tourist attractions, and great restaurants. For a hotel gym it was pretty decent.

The hotel was small, as expected of boutique hotels in the area. However, room was clean albeit small, necessary amenities available. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Staff were friendly as well. As my flight was late in the evening, the hotel offered me a shower room to freshen up even though it was past my check out period. Really appreciated the kind gesture! Location was conveniently, located just next to Japantown with lots of eateries. It is also just a stone throw away from the nearest shopping mall and nearby attractions. Overall had a good experience here, and definitrly value for money.

Mielettömän ystävällinen henkilökunta. Pieni ja kodikas hotelli. Signature huone (meille esiteltiin 3 vaihtoehtoa, joista saimme valita mieluisan) oli huipputasoa. Monet nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä.

Staff were so polite and helpful. They really went the extra mile. Had a shower room if you need a shower to freshen up for a late flight.
