Anna, Lisa, Jacky, Lily and the rest of the staff of Splendid were very helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and will be back on our next stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and roomy, staff (from manager to reception) were polite and friendly, especially the breakfast team (Emma, Lily, and Thanh), who gave us and the other customers happy greetings when we entered the restaurant. They introduced the food so professionally that we just wanted to taste all and more. Highly recommended for Splendid Holiday Hotel.

A wonderful hotel right in the centre of Hanoi. Fantastic staff, nice clean rooms and a perfect location near the Old Quarter. The highlight though was book the Tour and Spa with Harry and Jacky really enjoyed. A fantastic spot to cool down after exploring hectic Hanoi. Breakfast is very good too!

My initial review stated that we had a rough start, however management was gracious and kind and so very helpful. Emma, lily and throng made our dining experience very pleasant. The manager of the property was so gracious. The area around property makes walking to lake, night market and cathedral easy.
