Extreme disaster! Floor not clean properly, no toilet roll, bedsheets were old and not cleaned; I could literally see blood stains and many other stains on pillow cases, bedsheet, blanket! WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! If I have not been prudent, I would have been beaten by the bugs! Booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night!

- Staff banged and shouted on the door at 2AM. No apology and no action taken to compensate the distraction. Cameras are on hallway. Noises and loud sounds often heard. Never quiet.

Overall was great experience location and service was good, room is small but u get what u paid for i guess for Jakarta standard. Not much facilities so its great only if u need place to crash and no plan to stay all day in the room.
