My stay at Desa Potato Head in Bali was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the softest and most comfortable I've ever slept in, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Bali. The food was fantastic throughout the resort, with every meal exceeding my expectations. One of the highlights was spending time on the rooftop, where the sunset views and overall atmosphere created the perfect Bali vibe. The pool area was another standout. The water was comfortable, the space was well maintained, and even during my visit it was easy to find a great place to sit and unwind without feeling crowded. Overall, Desa Potato Head delivered an incredible experience with amazing hospitality, excellent food, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

Trendy minimalist hotel connected to Potatohead beach club. The rooftop suite came with only a very small rooftop area and the artwork in the room was slightly disturbing (woman being smothered by mattresses, another with eyeballs popping out of head) but otherwise nice design-forward hotel with good service.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was something to relish, the croissants were a highlight. Fresh fruit and a wide selection of gourmet dishes. The room very comfortable and attended to throughout the day. The huge infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean was never crowded, relaxing.

This is our second stay within 2 years at Desa Potato Head. Everything about the hotel is top class, esp the service that is a world apart. On the margin, the hotel needs a bit of touch up and needs to get back their full poolside menu, which was superb.

We were there in Bali for a 12 day diving trip. This place was our last day stay which is closer to the airport with good reputation. We end up got ripped off because this place will not refund our remaining balance for the hotel deposit. Over $1000 dollars ripped off my pocket, they keep trying to say the deposit is non-refundable, it’s their policy, I traveled all over the world, never seen any hotel hold guest deposit like this. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP ROBBERY. For whoever trying to stay at this place, if they ask you to pay deposit in anyway, PAY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. Or better off say next doors, better hotel everywhere in this area.
