This hotel is beautiful. The staff is so friendly they made me feel like I’m the only guest even though it is a large hotel. The restaurants have delicious food. The housekeeper took really good care of my room. Special mention to Kaning at Sky 32 her kindness and hospitality will always be treasured! As well as Max and the lady that checked me in and the concierge and Minions and the door staff. I’m sorry I don’t know all the names. Pro tip: even though the mall doesn’t open until 11am if you go around the side to gate 5 Foodland and Took Lae Dee restaurant are open 24/7.

I was on floor 23 which the housekeeping person John was excellent. He was so nice and helpful during my stay. The room was always well cleaned and stocked. John was an excellent housekeeping person. He always made us feel welcomed.

The Grande Centre Point never disappoints... the hotels location, food, staff and atmosphere has always been the best. We have stayed here multiple separate times when visiting Pattaya. We will definitely return!
