M'he quedat amb la família

We had some issues with our room as we tried to check in after the 3pm time and our room wasn’t ready. The staff were quick upgrade and switch us to a different room but when we unlocked it with our key cards it was clearly occupied. After the confusion we were assigned another room and had an enjoyable stay.
