The stay was okay it’s just the parking paying $44unacceptable because i had another car which they should honor it the person was staying in the same hotel room with me. Also fire alarm went off and staff didn’t inform guests to evacuate or anything.

Contacted hotel multiple times for some belongings I left behind
They never gave me an answer back if they had found my stuff or not

Genial FD Anna was really helpful with everything. Swimming pool furniture needs to be taken care a little more. Room was ok, not too much fan of breakfast but overall good experience.

Bé No communication on parking. I paid for parking went out for dinner and had to wait almost 3 hours, eventually I parked somewhere else and was told parking could not be refunded. Won't be going back ever!
