They charge $30 for parking when I didn’t actually have a parking spot. I had to park in tollway zones multiple times during my stay ice machine didn’t work. I had to ride the elevator up and down different floors to find the ice machine that was working people was out front of the building, smoking weed playing loud music like it was a damn concert. I read this place zero I will never ever. Again.

Check in was slow so had a long drink waiting. It only improved slightly on waiting. Staff were efficient & room clean & tidy. No water coolers but ice available on each floor. Fresh water for room coffees? Hotel position limits you to access local amenities. Apart from that great!

There was no phone access to room service. The shuttle took much more time between pickup stops than I was told. It was very hot and humid when I arrived. All that shuttled to the hotel were trying to get registered at the same time, hot and tired. Some with kids. No smiles or greeting from the staff. No offer of water while we wait! There was way too much noise coming from the indoor pool. I was on the 7th floor. Had to avoid water on the floor when going into the elevator. Staff at the bar and restaurant were very nice! I won’t be returning!

We booked because we had a morning flight and wanted to have a shuttle to the airport and wanted to just relax on our last day of our World Cup trip. It worked as we planned. Got there via the Path form NYC then an uber. Check-in had a beer at the bar while watching a game, went to the pool, and relaxed at the room watching more of the games which were also on the room's TV. Next day at 4.30 we took the shuttle no hassle. The only draw back was that we had payed for top floor NYC view and we got a Newark view and side view of NYC not center front view as advertised.
