The hotel was very convenient to the Centre of Baden Baden. The breakfast was well run and the rooms clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who wish to stay near the centre of Baden Baden

The hotel is nice but not having a functional AC since last year and not even mentioning is a thumbs down. The property is nice and they have a decent breakfast. Wirth mentioning a lady who has a pink hair that works for a battalion keeping up with replacing breakfast and cleaning tables.

Staff were not friendly, very cold. The room was cleaned very light touch. Dust in the corners and on desk. Breakfast was extremely cheap quality. Inedible fruit and often no fruit. Very far by foot from the old town and the spa Building site next door

Room was generally clean but brown stains on carpet. There were lots of dogs on our floor (3) and I suspect that’s why there were brown marks on floor. Dogs should be kept on lower floor so some dog owners will take them out to poop.

Top floor was quiet even though next to busy roads, great location for town centre just away from the busy areas. Need to tone down the use of air freshener as it was POTENT and room need ventilating because of it on arrival.
