Nowhere on the outside of the property was the name of the Hotel we’d booked. The sign said Hotel Likestay. So we wasted ages and temper looking
A tight turn in and no signage to car park led us going down a steep narrow drive to a private park which we had to reverse out We witnessed other guests doing the same
Use of the Hotel parking had to be paid for using an App. The hotels wifi was so feeble that it was very problematic
The hotel reception staff though charming were no help

Genial A nice hotel, a little out of the centre but well within wlaking distance. Overall very pistive and would stay there again.

Room was much bigger than expected, very clean. Hotel is in a perfect location if you love hiking, it’s a short walk from the start of a bunch of trails that go in to the Black Forest. Staff is very friendly.

Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden.
The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.
