“Budget” room was very poor. Window did not lock all the way, thin walls, light coming through sides of room door, bathroom had a very bad smell. Staff was nice but this did not make up for the dirty room. Television not functional. Paint peeling off walls. If this sounds good to you, then this is your place. It’s cheap price for a reason.

Room was clean and adequate but far too hot. The radiator was behind the bed but I didn't spot that until the following day. The bed covering was very inadequate and didn't cover half the bed and the pillow (I normally only use one pilow) was exeptuonally thin.
There was no regulation on shower - went from boiling hot to freezing cold.

The room is very clean and spacious! There was a couch, a table for 2, a desk, and lots of space for belongings. The bathroom was very clean as well. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Would recommend!

Super clean room and very courteous checkin and service during our stay. We were provided with a lower room type than we had booked. A quad room without kitchenette when we booked a family room with kitchenette. This was resolved quickly and amicably by hotels.com.

Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,
