The front desk staff are all very friendly. Although the room isn't cleaned daily, we were able to get fresh towels directly from the housekeeping staff when we saw them. The room is spacious, with a large wardrobe and a big desk. It's very close to the station, and there's always someone at the front desk. They can store luggage and provide luggage tags, which is very reassuring.

Service is great. The room is clean and large. Good experience and recommend to stay!

This place really sets the bar high for solo traveler hostels. First of all the location is great. Sharing a building with IKEA, its design is colorful and tasteful. The common areas are spacious and varied, and the value for money is excellent. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.

the apartment hotel is located next to the central train station, with supermarket, some restaurants as well as a nice hotdog stand in the vicinity. With a public transport day pass, you can travel to the old town in 15 minutes. The room is clean, and there is also a gym and an indoor swimming pool - excellent facilities for apartment type hotel.

The clean interior and spacious room allowed us to open our luggage without obstructing movement. Its proximity to Vienna Central Station made it easy to travel to other cities and take the tram, providing excellent access to the city center. The hotel also readily accommodated our request to store luggage after check-out, which was very helpful for making the most of our time before heading to the airport.
