Room is spacious with a long table as well. Room can be a tad dark, but the table lamp set to white light helps light up the space. Location is right by the hanshin line, and a supermarket is just three minutes away behind the hotel. Good base to use to get to the sake district, arima onsen, Kitano and Nunobiki area

Fantàstic The room is clean and the air condition is nice to maintain the idea temperature.
But the nearby is still constraining a lot of building and road have been changed a lot. If travel with big suitcases should be well prepared for take a long way to go.
The staffs there are nice and willing to help in Japanese and English.

The bed was really good and the room was large compared to others we have stayed in Japan. Staff were also very helpful. Close to the station and plenty of food and shopping options.

The room was spacious the staff very good the only downside was no smoking area at or near the hotel, shower was changing temperature very often and breakfast was expensive

I noticed that bidet wasn’t working right after checked in. They provided another room and bought a new room key right away. Very impressive.

Lots of Construction on front street so go down the side of the building to get to the stations.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
Hot water fluctuated a bit, otherwise a very comfortable stay with great fast access to JR Sannomiya and subway. Konbini was only a few steps away from this hotel.
