Staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, some listed amenities weren’t available. Got charged hidden fees at checkout due to booking thru a third party website. These fees weren’t mentioned on the website or brought up during check-in.

Fantàstic
It is a recently renovated hotel; the lobby was not yet fully finished. I like to stay in the new hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with a great location, less than 10 minutes by car to restaurants and grocery stores in Richmond. The staff was super nice as they were also trying to figure out the rhythm. It is a pet-friendly hotel.

Paula was very polite, helpful and kind at the front desk to check us in. Room was perfect for what we needed. Quick rest and flight in the early morning
