I was travelling solo in Osaka and this hotel did not disappoint. I stayed in the single room - it was small enough for a traveller so space wasn't an issue. The staff are helpful and accomodating even after I checked in late as I was coming from Narita. This is a budget friendly hotel so they have enough amenities with daily cleaning service. They also have coin laundry too. The hotel is relatively easy to find and near Namba Station. It's also close to Dotonbori, Den Den town, Kuromon Market and Shinsekai - all walkable distances with konbinis and a supermarket close by. The room is clean equipped with a mini fridge. They have a shareable microwave in the lobby with a free pancake breakfast and drinks. If you're looking for a small budget friendly hotel with friendly staff and basic amenities, I recommend this place. The staff also understand English and they have a translater too. If I return to Osaka, I will come back here again!

Just a few minutes walk from the station and Dotonbori

Although I accidentally booked a smoking room, the room was pretty clean considering the lingering smell of smoke. The room was pretty efficient. We loved the automatic pancake machine and the unlimited drinks., The location is within walking distance of Dontoburi which is a pretty exciting location. The train station was a mere five-minute walk away.

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel is close to Dotonbori and kuromon market. Washer and dryer were a bit smelly. Bathroom showerhead would periodically get super hot to the point of fear. Free breakfast(and drinks) was absolutely solid. Hotel is cheap, clean and close to things.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and the amenities were abundant. They gave us indoor slippers and extra towels the following day. After check out, they gladly held onto our luggage so we can do some last minute shopping
