L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas aucun compassion ou autre alternative pour les clients. Très désagréable, aucune information concernant le bris de l’air climatisé. Ils n’ont pas informé les clients

Broken furniture. Door handle came off the room door when entering, was told technical team would fix the next day. Not very helpful when only staying one night. Offered a new room, but declined as I just wanted to rest after driving 24hrs

Although not in the centre it was a great location. Only about 20 mins walk to the mall and City Airport Train. Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable.

The worst experience with the shuttle service as listed in the expedia booking, it said airport shuttle available but its not shuttle its taxi which is paid, it should have said tget and the staff should let the guest know its paid.....its bad dont book they made me paid 60 euros for taxi

Great place. Has a garrage, which is super in centre of Vienna. Room was really spacious, in fact it was 2 rooms. Fridge and cattle in a room. I´d day way above standard.

Pretty basic room. Breakfast buffet was just ok but 20 Euros. Staff at the front desk were not real friendly. No room cleaning even though we were there for 5 days. We checked out a day early but they refused to credit us for the unused stay. Got pretty busy since lots of tour buses used the hotel.
