The room temperature is centra-controlled and cannot be adjusted. Breakfast is fantastic and foods are fresh. We love their pastries and coffee.

Staff was great, nice central location, breakfast was good lots of choice, and the room was clean it was nice to have staff come in and replace towels and make bed. The one thing I would say is the room was quite small, my husband is 6’4 and 300lbs so the bathroom was very very small and room was hard to move around if 2 people.

Decent stay. Rooms on the small side. Never figured out the TV, nor the AC. Shower gets water all over the bathroom floor. Great breakfast though!! And also convenient location to shopping, attractions, and the train station.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. Not saying this necessarily as a negative but for those who might stay here in summer and are used to AC- the room I stayed in did not have AC at all and it got stuffy/hot in the room during the day. Room was also smaller than expected/thought it would be based on pictures on the website. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was really really good with a lot larger food options wise on offer. Location is fantastic.

Good central location very close to the railroad terminal, the hotel serves breakfast, it's staffed so if you have some issues, you can talk to a human. The room was rather tiny.

Staff was very helpful. Everything in the room was perfectly fine, just as described and pictured. Location was amazing (especially if you have bags to haul around!), just a couple of minutes from the central rail station. Connections to buses, trams, and metro are all close by, as are tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, coffee shops, and shops.

Great location. We had a room facing the back but there's a lot of noise from the hotel next door until 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Housekeeping could be improved. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff
