The property represents good value for money. It’s a well located apartment block and is functional in terms of microwave/ dishwasher/ laundry facilities. I would put it at the higher end of 3 stars. I guess the bigger question is would I stay here again? Yes I would but for one or two nights maximum. The shower area needs some refurbishing and I know the carpeted area by the TV needs a deep clean - that’s not to say it’s bad but an area for the housekeeping staff to focus on - alongside management allowing extra time for that to happen. Previous reviews have mentioned lack of hot water particularly in the morning- that was not the case when I visited.

Kitchen partially stocked with equipment. Room very tired. Cleanliness below my standard, shower, walls, floor sticky, carpet tatty, window latches broken. Linen clean, views great, quiet enough.

Really nice property good kitchen amenities and they provide you with laundry detergent and washing up liquid at well as shampoo and body wash!! Very comfy bed. Very clean!! Shower could use an upgrade but was perfectly fine

The property amenities were a bit dated. there was nothing wrong with the property just a bit tired. location was close to everything and the reception staff were all accommodating with all requests.

Per a negocis

Great and central location to where we were attending. Good value for money. It is a little tired and needs a little work ie water damage to bathroom door which makes it very difficult to open, dishwasher a little bit falling apart. Staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful. Would stay again
