Fantàstic
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property.

The toilet was dirty and had old urine smell. I put it in the attention of the front desk and someone supposedly went to clean it but the smell was still there. It did not smelled like it was cleaned. Since we were there for just 1 night I just end up cleaning the top of the toilet. The shuttle bus driver was very rude. He almost left without us. I was trying to get his attention when he first parked but he left and went to the other part of the side walk to smoked. Then when he was reaching the shuttle bus. I called him out and he got mad. Then when another costumer tried to get his attention he said it is almost time and almost drive off. Me and my daughter was originally in the van. He wasn’t very nice.

Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff. Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay.

Facility is very clean & comfortable. They offer a shuttle service to airport for 10 CHF. Train is accessible by 8 minutes walks. There is Migros Store nearby the area. Mcdonalds or subway were also available.

We only stayed there for one night since we were flying out early that morning. The hotel was near the airport and easily accessible via shuttle, which was very convenient. The room was OK adequate for an overnight stay. Not many amenities to speak of, but as I said, adequate for an overnight state.
