The hotel was a great location and very clean and modern, the staff were not very welcoming and there was a city tax to pay which is something I have never had to pay before.

Allotjat amb amics

Air conditioning was a plus. 3 minute bus to Zurich airport. Bus stop was right around the corner. Remember to buy your bus ticket at bus stop before you board. Clean room. Airport hotel. Good value.

The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful helping me carry some things to my room, as I had strained my arm. Dinner from the restaurant was very good and so convenient open late at night after a long day of traveling.
