浴室設計差，用布簾遮不住水會溢出來，熱水容量不夠連一個男生洗澡量體都不夠洗，早餐極差，唯一客房清潔度可以，價格CP值不值得

房間內的霉味以及煙味蠻重，整體來說不太舒服，隔音也不是太好，早餐真的很普，一樣的價格，應該要選擇住當地的古厝還比較划算。

實在無法聯繫到貴公司客服，只能透過email反應。我訂了12/3-12/5金門機加酒（823行館）,到飯店後，才發現，貴公司竟然幫我訂了兩間房，也刷了兩筆費用。當然我們也有疏失，沒注意到刷卡金額，煩請貴公司想辦法幫我們刷退多負擔的費用，不勝感激

晚班櫃台小姐服務很熱心，浴室的淋浴設施不ok蓮蓬頭無法固定花灑已損壞希望能改善

服務態度中庸，清潔度亦尚可，浴室水龍頭最是無法接受，頭頂蓬蓬頭時不時會滴下水，冷熱水分開無法調整，蓮蓬頭裂掉沒及時更換，反應後處理方式是更換房間，更換還是有冷熱水無法調節穩定的問題。雙人單床的床很大，插座放在床頭中間，不好便用。服務人員態度很好。

We had a very pleasant stay. Nice staffs and very clean. However, you’ll need some kind of transportation to get to other places.
